Maar hoe zit het met de arbeidstijden van jongeren? Voorbeelden van werk dat gedaan mag worden, zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-brightmine-list-item-spacing-small\">\n<li class=\"\">groente en fruit plukken;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">folders of huis-aan-huisbladen rondbrengen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">ochtend- of avondkranten bezorgen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">werken in een pretpark, museum, manege of camping;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">werken in een winkel (maar niet achter de kassa).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nadere Regeling Kinderarbeid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Voor kinderen tot 16 jaar staan de regels rond arbeidstijden in de Nadere regeling kinderarbeid. &nbsp;Daarin staat bijvoorbeeld dat een 15-jarige op maximaal 5 dagen per week mag werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tot hoe laat mag een 15-jarige werken tijdens schoolweken?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Tijdens schoolweken mag een 15-jarige tot 19:00 \u2019s avonds werken. Op een schooldag mag er maximaal 2 uur per dag gewerkt worden en in een schoolweek in totaal maximaal 12 uur. Tussen twee werkdagen moet ten minste 12 uur rust zitten. De 15-jarige mag maximaal acht uur per dag en maximaal 40 uur per week werken. Een 15-jarige mag maximaal 6 vakantieweken werken, waarvan 4 achter elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mogen 15-jarige op zondag werken?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Werken op zondag is niet toegestaan, tenzij het soort werk dit vereist en het in het arbeidscontract staat. Daarnaast moeten ouders akkoord gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boete als 15-jarige te lang doorwerkt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Houd je je niet aan deze regels, dan kan de Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie forse boetes opleggen.
