Edith van Schie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ja, dat mag een werkgever vragen. Er is momenteel geen regel die dat verbiedt. Andersom is er ook geen regel die de sollicitant verplicht om zijn loonstrook te verstrekken. Hij mag dus ook weigeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In Europees verband wordt overigens wel gewerkt aan de EU-richtlijn loontransparantie, waarin werkgevers onder meer wordt verboden om sollicitanten naar hun huidige salaris te vragen en zelf worden verplicht om sollicitanten vooraf informatie te geven over het aanvangssalaris. Zover is het nog niet dus tot op heden mag nog wel naar het huidige salaris worden gevraagd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Maar met deze aankomende wijzigingen in het achterhoofd is het wellicht goed om alvast na te denken over de arbeidsvoorwaarden die je een sollicitant aan wilt bieden. Het zal niet de eerste keer zijn dat een nieuwe medewerker met prachtige arbeidsvoorwaarden wordt binnengehaald, maar dat werknemers die al jaren voor je werken vertrekken omdat de nieuwe man of vrouw meer verdient dan zij.
