Toen ik haar vertelde dat we die niet hebben vertelde ze mij gelukkig waar ze mee zat en hebben we haar probleem goed kunnen oplossen. Bij de Eerste Kamer ligt wel een&nbsp;wetsvoorstel dat een vertrouwenspersoon voor werkgevers met 10 of meer medewerkers verplichtstelt. Als dat wordt aangenomen dan zal die wet per 1 juli 2024 of per 1 januari 2025 inwerkingtreden. Daarna hebben grote bedrijven nog vier maanden- en kleine bedrijven nog 16 maanden om eraan te voldoen. Zover is het dus nog niet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Toch is het wel goed om nu al een vertrouwenspersoon aan te stellen, ongeacht of het straks verplicht wordt of niet. Sowieso ben je als werkgever ook nu al verplicht om zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen dat werknemers ziek of onwel worden van het werk, iets dat ongewenst gedrag en ongewenste omgangsvormen kan veroorzaken. Hoe je dat probeert te voorkomen is nu nog aan de werkgever zelf. Het aanstellen van een vertrouwenspersoon is een goed begin.
