Echter wil de klachtencommissie de klacht niet in behandeling nemen. Zij gaf aan dat ze weet dat deze collega meerdere medewerksters lastig heeft gevallen en dat ze wel een klacht wil indienen, maar dat ze niet wil dat hij weet dat zij de klacht heeft ingediend. Wij hebben een <a href=\"https:\/\/hrcenter.nl.brightmine.com\/doc\/20007572\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vertrouwenspersoon<\/a> naar wie ik haar heb doorverwezen. Ook heb ik de klacht doorgestuurd naar onze klachtencommissie <a href=\"https:\/\/hrcenter.nl.brightmine.com\/doc\/20007482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grensoverschrijdend gedrag<\/a>. Maar nu laat onze klachtencommissie weten dat ze de klacht niet in behandeling nemen. Wat nu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Het antwoord<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een klachtencommissie grensoverschrijdend gedrag kan een anonieme klacht inderdaad niet in behandeling nemen. De reden daarvan is dat zo een commissie hoor en wederhoor moet toepassen. Dat betekent dat de commissie degene die de klacht heeft ingediend moet horen, maar ook degene over wie is geklaagd. Als degene over wie is geklaagd niet weet wie heeft geklaagd en over welk incident of over welke incidenten; wie, wat, hoe, wanneer en waar hij zich zou hebben misdragen, dan kan hij zich niet verweren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat betekent natuurlijk niet dat het daarmee klaar is. Naar aanleiding van het verhaal van de medewerkster en met haar opmerking dat zij weet dat meerdere medewerksters met het grensoverschrijdende gedrag van deze collega te maken hebben, moet zo snel mogelijk actie worden ondernomen.
