Op de website van AZW staan per branche de arbeidsmarktprognoses voor 2032. De meeste onvervulde vacatures worden verwacht in de verpleeghuiszorg en thuiszorg, de kleinste in de jeugdzorg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Tot 2026 blijft het tekort in de zorg en welzijn min of meer stabiel, om na 2026 verder op te lopen. In 2032 wordt een tekort van 155 duizend werknemers verwacht als de huidige trends zich voortzetten. Het tekort kan lager uitvallen, omdat er een aantal beleidsmaatregelen in de planning staan die mogelijk dempend werken, zoals de hogere vergoeding voor kinderopvang. Het tekort aan verpleegkundigen en verzorgenden stijgt van 13.600 in 2023 naar 37.800 in 2032 volgens de prognoses. Ook in de vraag naar helpenden kan niet worden voorzien. Voor de welzijnsberoepen zijn de verwachte tekorten kleiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regionale prognoses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">De arbeidsmarkt in de zorg varieert sterk per regio. Op het dashboard van het&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prognosemodelzw.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prognosemodel<\/a>&nbsp;zijn ook regionale prognoses te vinden. Op de website selecteer je de branche en vervolgens het niveau. Hierbij kun je kiezen voor een \u2018regioplus regio\u2019 of een \u2018zorgkantoorregio\u2019. Je kunt zelfs een eigen regio aanmaken via de optie \u2018mijn regio\u2019.
