De streefdatum voor inwerkingtreding van de implementatiewetgeving is daarom uitgesteld naar uiterlijk 1 januari 2027 (in plaats van 7 juni 2026 zoals uit de Richtlijn volgt).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Het plan is om het wetvoorstel Loontransparantie voor eind 2025 aan te bieden aan de Raad van State en in 2026 te behandelen in het parlement, blijkt uit het Verslag. De rapportageplicht voor werkgevers vanaf 150 werknemers zal voor het eerst gelden over kalenderjaar 2027, in plaats van over kalenderjaar 2026. Het moment waarop overige rapportageplichtige werkgevers (vanaf 100 tot 150 werknemers) moeten rapporteren zal conform de Richtlijn worden ge\u00efmplementeerd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Werkgeversorganisatie blij met uitstel<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Werkgeversorganisaties hadden eerder gevraagd om een zachte landing voor de implementatie van de EU-Richtlijn. De werkgevers zouden niet voldoende tijd en middelen hebben om aan de verplichtingen te voldoen. Zij zullen dus tevreden zijn met het uitstel. Het is wel de vraag wat de gevolgen zijn, nu Nederland de deadline uit de Richtlijn niet haalt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Het dichten van de loonkloof kunnen bedrijven ook los van de Richtlijn bewerkstelligen.
