Generative AI in particular, has taken HR by storm, creating efficiencies in everything from HR compliance to learning and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">However, formal AI adoption is still very much in progress. According to Gartner, fewer than half (38%) of HR leaders are piloting, planning or had already implemented generative AI tools in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you&#8217;re like most HR professionals, you&#8217;re likely still thinking about how to maximise the benefits of AI in HR. You may also be considering which tools will best fit your team&#8217;s needs. We can help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In this list, we provide key details on the most capable AI tools for HR on the market today. This list was created independently.
