These are often called your \u201cUse Case\u201d or \u201cPermitted Use\u201d in the contract your organization has with us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Share with other licensed users.<\/strong> You can share data with colleagues who are licensed for the same product and content set (but not with colleagues who do not have a license, or who have a license for different data).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Use small amounts of data in normal office tools.<\/strong> You can use tools like Excel, Word, or PowerPoint to work with small amounts of data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Print and store for your own work use. <\/strong>You can print small sections of data for your own use within the limits of the license, and store small amounts for your own normal, day-to-day use. However, you should not, for example, include data in company-wide newsletters, customer updates, or marketing materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you can\u2019t do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To keep things fair and within the limits of your organization\u2019s license, there are a few things that are generally not allowed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"--bullet-list-color:#b00020\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-bullet-list-cancel is-style-bullet-list-cancel--2\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t share data outside your organization.<\/strong> This includes customers, suppliers, websites, or any third-party tools (especially generative AI tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t share with unlicensed colleagues.<\/strong> Only licensed users can view the data. You should avoid sharing data with colleagues who don\u2019t have the same license as you do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t build your own data library. <\/strong>Avoid storing large amounts of data and don\u2019t create your own database or archive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t keep data beyond the end of your license.<\/strong> Since your organization has a license, your organization doesn\u2019t own the data. Please delete data when your access ends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t scrape or automate data extraction. <\/strong>Using bots or scripts to pull data from the product isn\u2019t allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t use generative AI tools with our data. <\/strong>Whether internal or external, generative AI tools should not be fed our data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t share your login or misuse the product. <\/strong>Keep your password private. Don\u2019t use the product for anything illegal, harmful, or unrelated to your work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Don\u2019t upload personal data<\/strong>: Only enter login details, no personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Need to do something that\u2019s not listed here? Your organization might already have the rights\u2014or can request them. Just check with your data subscription manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This policy is here to help you understand how you\u2019re usually allowed to use our data.
