Generative AI in particular, has taken HR by storm, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brightmine.com\/us\/solutions\/efficiencies-automation\/\">creating efficiencies<\/a> in everything from HR compliance to learning and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">However, formal AI adoption is still very much in progress. According to Gartner, fewer than half (38%) of HR leaders are piloting, planning or had already implemented generative AI tools in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you&#8217;re like most HR professionals, you&#8217;re likely still thinking about how to maximize the benefits of AI in HR.
