For multistate employers and organizations with remote workforces, these overlapping requirements can create operational strain, inconsistent policies and heightened legal risk. 

In this 60-minute webinar, Marc Scheiner, Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP, will provide a practical, real-world guide to navigating PSL compliance across jurisdictions. He will cut through the complexity and focus on how these laws impact employers’ day-to-day operations. Marc will examine key legal trends shaping the PSL landscape and highlight where compliance risks most often arise and how to address them before they escalate.
