Brightmine speaker session: The New Currency of HR — Decision Confidence in the Age of AI
In an environment defined by rapid change and shifting expectations, every HR decision needs to be defensible. Pay, policies and workplace practices are coming under greater scrutiny, raising the bar for consistency and accountability. People see more, compare more, and question more. Through real-world compliance and reward examples, this session explores why decision confidence is becoming a competitive advantage in the age of AI.
