It has been announced that Brightmine has won the HR Innovation Award category at this year’s HR Awards by Business Awards UK.

The 2024 HR Awards spotlight excellence in human resources and recognises the significant contributions of HR professionals, teams and suppliers in areas such as leadership, strategic thinking and operational excellence.

The award win highlights our innovative HR practices that significantly contribute to the organisational success of both Brightmine and our customers’ organisations.

We use technology to solve common problems and create greater efficiency for our customers. Examples of tasks we’ve automated include the creation of pay grading structures and ongoing maintenance of employee handbooks, a streamlined pay-data submission flow, and pay gap reporting in just a few clicks.

Brightmine products have intuitive workflows that are designed to help customers get quickly to the data and insights they need to make decisions and drive their organisation forward.

For almost 10 years we have been using artificial intelligence (AI) in our products to make time consuming jobs quick and easy, creating cost savings, reducing risk, and optimising efficiency. We are currently in an early adopter phase of layering generative AI within onto our HR & Compliance Centre, to enable customers to get the insights they need quicker than an ever in a simple to use question and answer format.

On receiving the award, Emily Mackenzie, AVP Market Planning and Product said: “For more than two decades, Brightmine has helped HR leaders to confidently navigate the evolving world of work through our unique combination of trusted HR expertise, critical benchmarking data, and AI-enabled technology.

“Increasingly we are our applying our capabilities in AI and automation to the human expertise and proprietary data sets Brightmine is known for, to create reliable HR and reward insights more efficiently.

“Working with our community of customers and partners, we continuously strive to improve and extend our portfolio to help customers be more successful.

“We are delighted to be recognised for the innovative work we are doing to support HR leaders at an immensely challenging time for the profession.”
