Cathryn Edmondson is lead consultant at Innecto Reward Consulting and has more than 15 years’ experience across HR consultancy and, more recently, in-house HR roles. Since joining Innecto, she has led reward projects for clients including Arsenal FC, the British Psychological Society, the Financial Reporting Council, Oxfam, Cambridge Assessment, the Law Society and Innocent Drinks.
Cathryn’s experience is backed up by a strong academic background, with a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester, as well as holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification and being a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
