    Penne Cecil Hutton is a Reward Specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She has managed job evaluation processes and developed and implemented new organisational structures for large Public and private sector organisations and worked as a Reward Consultant.

    Penne joined Brightmine in 2016 as the Brightmine Reward Consultant, conducting whole organisation job matching exercises and delivering customer training, in 2017 this expanded to include Gender Pay Gap consultancies. Since the launch of the compensation data analytics platform in 2021, she has served as the compensation planning expert for the commercial side of the business.
