Penne Cecil Hutton
Compensation Planning Expert at Brightmine
Penne Cecil Hutton is a Reward Specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She has managed job evaluation processes and developed and implemented new organisational structures for large Public and private sector organisations and worked as a Reward Consultant.
Penne joined Brightmine in 2016 as the Brightmine Reward Consultant, conducting whole organisation job matching exercises and delivering customer training, in 2017 this expanded to include Gender Pay Gap consultancies. Since the launch of the compensation data analytics platform in 2021, she has served as the compensation planning expert for the commercial side of the business.

Swetha Viswanathan
Pay Equity Analytics Expert at Brightmine
Swetha Viswanathan sits as the Pay Equity Analytics Global product Specialist within Brightmine. She is passionate about bringing in sustainable workplace equality using a data-driven approach.
In this role, Swetha provides subject matter expertise in how Pay Equity Analytics, a software solution can help solve pay equity issues within organisations to ensure they are an inclusive employer. She also educates teams internally on pay equity, and collaborates with teams for product improvement.
