Latest data on gender pay gap 2025 shows it still favours men

Data from the 2025 reporting cycle, covering 10,163 organisations, shows that the median gender pay gap currently stands at 8.3%. While this represents a slight decrease from 8.5% the previous year, 78.2% of organisations still report a pay gap in favour of men.
