Nevada’s wage and hour law requires covered employers to pay nonexempt employees overtime for every hour worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek. In addition, employees who are paid less than one and one-half times the applicable Nevada minimum wage must be paid daily overtime under certain conditions.
