The Brightmine HR Scholarship supports and empowers exceptional students in their HR master’s programs.

The scholarship recognizes academic excellence and supports the next generation of HR professionals as they prepare to make meaningful contributions to the field.

What do you get?

The grand prize

Successful applicants will recieve a grant of $1,0000 (US) or £1,000 (UK) depending on their region, towards tuition for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Free access

Successful scholars will also receive free access to Brightmine HR & Compliance Center throughout the duration of their master’s program.

Who can apply?

To apply for a Brightmine HR Scholarship, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • You are enrolled in a master’s program with at least one full semester remaining before graduation, OR you have been accepted and are ready to begin your master’s program within six months. Your applied or enrolled master’s program must be related to Human Resources (e.g., Talent Management, Performance Management, HR & Employee Relations, HR Technology)
  • You can provide official proof of a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. If you have not yet enrolled, you should have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • You are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or the United Kingdom.

How to apply

Complete your online application on the ISTS website. Please have the following prepared to submit:

An official college transcript:

in English, from an accredited institution.

A 750–1000-word, non-AI-generated written essay.
