When to include

The Arizona Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act (FWHFA) requires employers (e.g., corporations, partnerships) to provide paid sick time to eligible employees. The amount of paid sick time varies depending on the employer’s size:

  • Fewer than 15 employees: up to 24 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • 15 or more employees: up to 40 hours of paid sick time per year.
