- Focus on measurable outcomes. Identify specific metrics that relate directly to the business goal or achievements you are trying to demonstrate, for example reduced number of hours maintaining your handbook, or how you have reduced employee turnover, such as a 10% decrease.

How will the applications be judged?
Judges will score applications on several areas, but the key criterion is how you differentiate yourself from others.
