The Brightmine HR Scholarship supports and empowers exceptional students in their HR master’s programs.
The scholarship recognizes academic excellence and supports the next generation of HR professionals as they prepare to make meaningful contributions to the field.
Overview
Brightmine is excited to announce the Brightmine HR Scholarship to recognize and celebrate students who are committed to advancing their education in Human Resources.
This opportunity is designed to support future HR professionals in deepening their expertise, expanding their potential, and taking the next step in their academic and professional journey.
Successful applicants will receive a grant of $1,000 (US) or £1,000 (UK) depending on their region towards tuition for the 2025-2026 academic school year. Successful scholars will also receive free access to the Brightmine HR & Compliance Center throughout the duration of their master’s program.
Who can apply?
To apply for a Brightmine HR Scholarship, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You are enrolled in a master’s program with at least one full semester remaining before graduation, OR you have been accepted and are ready to begin your master’s program within six months. Your applied or enrolled master’s program must be related to Human Resources (e.g., Talent Management, Performance Management, HR & Employee Relations, HR Technology)
- You can provide official proof of a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. If you have not yet enrolled, you should have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- You are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or the United Kingdom.

An official college transcript:
in English, from an accredited institution.
A 750–1000-word, non-AI-generated written essay:
answering “How do you see the role of HR changing in the next 3-5 years?”
A 2-minute video sharing:
“What inspired you to pursue a career in HR and what does this Scholarship opportunity mean to you?”
