When to include
Employers (e.g., individuals, partnerships, corporations) with 50 or more employees for 20 or more workweeks in the current or preceding calendar year and that are engaged in commerce or in any industry or activity affecting commerce are covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act (Fed-FMLA) and are required by law to include a statement in their handbook if they have one.
