Webinar
Grievances – how should HR deal with the aftermath?
Employment Rights Act 2025
When: Tuesday 1st December 2026, 11am
Duration: 60 mins
The growing volume of AI-enabled grievances poses a challenge for resource-stretched HR – but at least organisations will generally have a formal process in place to resolve them.
But what about afterwards? Some people recover quickly after workplace conflict, while others can remain damaged, leading to years of reduced productivity and impacting engagement, sickness absence and retention.
In this webinar, confidence coach Stephen Tolfree will share best practice on helping employees recover from conflict and injustice, and assisting employers to restore workplace harmony and performance, and reduce legal risks. He will discuss:
The session will cover:
- The mechanics of the central factor preventing recovery after conflict over -resentment.
- How employees can be helped to move on, and the planned research in this area by Northumbria University.
- The benefits of letting go of resentment, and the myths that hold people back from fully forgiving and healing.
The session will include a live Q&A.
