The Brightmine Brighter Workplace Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of HR professionals and consultants who have successfully used Brightmine solutions to achieve their business goals and deliver their people strategy. 

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Brightmine Brighter Workplace Awards, celebrating the outstanding achievements of HR professionals and their teams.

These awards recognise the work of HR and reward professionals who have utilised Brightmine products to achieve their business goals and deliver their people strategy.

Who can apply?

The awards are open to current Brightmine customers who are:

  • In-house HR professionals and teams, or;
  • Consultants providing HR services and support to client organisations. 

Key criteria

Applicants should highlight how they have successfully achieved their business goals using Brightmine products. Achievements can include measurable improvements, positive business outcomes, or clear examples of how their approach made HR processes more efficient and effective, while reducing risk and improving business outcomes.​

Do I need to have been a Brightmine customer for a long time?

All customers can apply regardless of how long they have been with us.

What types of achievements should I highlight in my application?

We encourage you to focus on measurable impact in areas such as compliance, employee relations & well-being, workforce management, HR project management, etc. 

What supporting evidence will best support my submission?

Incorporating metrics and data as supporting information can greatly enhance the effectiveness of your entry. When it comes to selecting the most effective metrics and data to support your submission, it’s important to consider the specific goals and criteria of the submission you are making. 

Here are a few general tips that can help you identify and present relevant metrics and data: 

  1. Focus on measurable outcomes. Identify specific metrics that relate directly to the business goal or achievements you are trying to demonstrate, for example reduced number of hours maintaining your handbook, or how you have reduced employee turnover, such as a 10% decrease. 
  2. Provide context. Include how Brightmine products have specifically helped you to achieve your business goal or achievements. 

Quantify impact. Wherever possible try to quantify the impact of your achievements using the metrics and data presented. 

How will the applications be judged?

Judges will score applications on several areas, but the key criterion is how you differentiate yourself from others. The best way to make yourself stand out is to be as succinct as possible while providing enough details that are specifically related to your applied categories to prove your business or team/personal achievements. 

When and how will winners be announced? 

Winners will be notified by email that they have won an award. It will also be announced on the Brightmine website, social media, and in our newsletters. 

2026 Brightmine Brighter Workplace Awards application

Entry deadline: 17 April 2026, at 12:00 am BST

Please complete this application form with as much detail as possible. The judges will review what you include and use it in evaluating your application.

    Section 2: Overview of organisation

    Please describe in no more than 100 words an overview of your organisation.

    Section 3: Overview of your project, challenges and goals

    Please describe the project or main HR challenges or goals you/your team were focused on? (up to 700 words)

    Section 4: How Brightmine helped overcome your challenges or achieve your goals

    How did you address those challenges or goals, and what role did Brightmine products play in helping you successfully achieve them? (up to 600 words)

    What changes or quantified outcomes have you evidenced that demonstrate the success of the project, challenges or goals you were addressing? (up to 250 words)
