The grand prize
Successful applicants will recieve a grant of £1,000 (UK) or $1,0000 (US) depending on their region, towards tuition for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Free access
Successful scholars will also receive free access to Brightmine HR & Compliance Centre throughout the duration of their master’s programme.

Brightmine is excited to announce the Brightmine HR Scholarship to recognise and celebrate students who are committed to advancing their education in Human Resources.
This opportunity is designed to support future HR professionals in deepening their expertise, expanding their potential, and taking the next step in their academic and professional journey.

Who can apply?
To apply for a Brightmine HR Scholarship, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You have been accepted and are ready to begin your master’s program within six months. Your applied master’s program must be related to Human Resources (e.g., Talent Management, Performance Management, HR & Employee Relations, HR Technology)
- You can provide an official transcript showing an undergraduate Lower Second-Class Honours (2:2) (50-59%) or higher.
- You are a citizen or permanent resident of the United Kingdom or the United States.
How to apply
Complete your online application on the ISTS website. Please have the following prepared to submit:

An official college transcript:
in English, from an accredited institution.

A 750–1000-word, non-AI-generated written essay.
The topic for 2026-27 applications will be announced when the window opens.
