Awarded by TrustRadius, the Buyer’s Choice Award is based solely on verified customer reviews. To win the award, 75% of customer reviewers had to select Brightmine for the best capabilities, best value for price, and best customer relationship categories.

The award comes off the back of TrustRadius wins earlier this year.

In August, Brightmine won a 2024 Tech Cares Award, recognizing B2B technology companies that have gone above and beyond to support employees and communities each year.

While in May, Brightmine was awarded Top Rated in the HR compliance, compliance consulting, HR service delivery, legal research and policy management categories of the 2024 TrustRadius Awards.

Scott Walker, CEO of Brightmine, says: “While it is always nice to receive recognition, the fact that these awards are based on real reviews by Brightmine customers, makes it even more special to our team.

“Our mission has, and will always be, to provide the critical insights, information and resources HR professionals need to be able to operate in complete confidence. Whether they are looking for a second opinion, or utilize our policy templates, our expert-crafted resources have been designed to make work life easier as they navigate the rapidly evolving world of work.
