Lisa Bell
Lisa is the founder of Tell Jane, a leading global HR Consultancy and training partner that specialises in preventing sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying in the workplace. Tell Jane also provides powerful change training when incidents do occur and helps build better cultures and challenges toxic behaviour in the workplace.
With over two decades of experience and an MA in Human Resources Management, Lisa founded her first HR consultancy in 2014. It was while working with organisations of different sizes and across a wide range of sectors that Lisa found that discrimination, harassment and toxic behavior were systemic issues. They were widespread and deep-rooted; what’s more, leaders wanted change but were unaware of how to make it happen.
