First-aid policy

This policy sets out an organisation’s arrangements for providing first aid in the workplace, including the appointment of first‑aiders, provision of equipment and procedures to follow in the event of an injury or medical emergency. It helps employers meet health and safety obligations and ensure employees can access prompt first aid support.
